Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.onejase.com. The following terms and
conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday,
    excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed
    the next business day.

Processing Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a
few days. We will notify you if any significant delays occur.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping time: 2-5 business days after processing
  • Total estimated delivery: 3-7 business days from order placement

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can
occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Shipping Carrier
    All orders are shipped via UPS from our fulfillment center located in:
    Wilmington, DE 19801
  2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
    This email will contain:
  • Your tracking number(s)
  • A link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment. You can track
your order directly through the carrier’s website or the link provided in your
confirmation email.

  1. Shipping Address
    Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not
    responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at
[email protected]. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery
address.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

  1. Undeliverable Packages
    If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or
    failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional
    shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  2. Lost or Stolen Packages
    Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, OneJase, LLC is not
    responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but
    you have not received your order:
  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • Contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you
  1. Damaged Packages
    OneJase, LLC is not liable for products damaged during shipping. If you receive
    a damaged package:
  • Do not discard the packaging materials or damaged items
  • Take photos of the damage (both packaging and product)
  • Contact the shipping carrier (UPS) immediately to file a claim
  • Contact us at [email protected] with photos and your order number, and we will
    assist you with the claims process

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, we
will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
    Currently, we only ship within the United States. If we expand to international
    shipping in the future:
  • OneJase, LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied
    to international orders
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customers are responsible for checking their country’s import regulations
  1. International Shipping
    At this time, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). We do not
    currently offer international shipping.

shipping options in the future.

  1. Order Cancellations
    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at
    [email protected]. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel
    it. In this case, you would need to follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy once
    you receive the item.
