30-Day Returns: A Period of Connection

If you feel your chosen piece isn’t a perfect match, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. All we ask is that the bracelet is in its original, unworn condition and returned in its original packaging.

We will issue a full refund to your original payment method and will also cover the return shipping costs. Simply email us at [email protected], and we will provide everything you need to process the return.

The Perfect Fit: First-Time Resizing Guarantee

We understand that selecting the right size for the first time can be uncertain. Therefore, if your first ordered bracelet doesn’t fit perfectly, we will gladly resize it for you, completely free of charge. This service, including all shipping costs, is our gift to you for your trust.
