1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
If you feel your chosen piece isn’t the perfect match, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition, free of any damage or signs of wear.
- The item must be returned in all its original packaging, including the box, pouch, and any other accompanying materials.
The Return Process (Step-by-Step):
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. In the subject line, please include “Return Request” and your order number.
- Receive Your Label: Within 1-2 business days, we will reply with detailed instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Ship the Item: Print the label, securely package the item in its original box, and drop it off with the designated shipping carrier. We cover all costs for return shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 1-3 business days and send you an email to confirm its arrival.
- Upon successful inspection, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 24 hours.
- Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

2. The Perfect Fit: One-Time Free Resizing
We understand that choosing the right size online can be tricky. That’s why if your first ordered bracelet doesn’t fit perfectly, we will gladly resize it for you one time, completely free of charge.
Our Free Resizing Service Includes:
- Adjusting the bracelet to your requested size.
- All shipping costs, both from you to us and back to you. This is our gift to you for your trust.
How to Request a Resizing:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected]. Please use the subject line “Resizing Request” and include your order number.
- We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how to send the bracelet to us.
- Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for the resizing and return shipping process after we receive the item.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected]. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We will resolve the issue promptly by sending you a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, we recommend following the standard return process for a full refund and placing a new order for the desired item at your convenience. This ensures you get your new piece as quickly as possible.
