Manufacturing
Every OneJase piece is handcrafted. Bracelets are handcrafted to order within 1-2 business days before they ship, and each order is inspected before it leaves our fulfillment center in Wilmington, Delaware.
We work with natural gemstone beads - including agate, amethyst, aquamarine, aventurine, citrine, hematite, jade, jasper, labradorite, lava stone, lazurite, onyx, quartz, sodalite, tiger eye and tourmaline - combined with wood beads, Italian leather and brass. Materials are selected for both appearance and durability.
Orders are processed and handcrafted within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Yes. Our Corporate Services program offers custom branded pieces starting from $65 per unit with a minimum order of 10 units, and we offer volume discounts for larger orders. See the Corporate Services page for details and to request a quote.
Ordering
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Order processing takes 1-2 business days and shipping takes 2-5 business days after processing, so total estimated delivery is 3-7 business days from order placement. All orders ship via UPS from Wilmington, DE.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link once your order has shipped. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours of shipment. You can also use the Track Order page on this site.
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it or change the delivery address - in that case you can use our 30-day return policy after the item arrives.
At this time we only ship within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes - please provide a physical street address. If you are interested in international shipping, let us know at [email protected] and we may consider expanding in the future.
General Questions
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging. We provide a pre-paid return shipping label and cover all return shipping costs. See the Returns & Exchanges page for the step-by-step process.
Choosing a size online can be tricky, so if your first ordered bracelet does not fit perfectly we will resize it one time completely free of charge, including shipping both ways. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with the subject “Resizing Request” and your order number. Each product page also has a size chart under “Measure & Sizing”.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo. We will resolve it promptly by sending you a replacement at no additional cost.
